tooltip display period preference implemented (NB - the bulk of them on the edit dialogs for nodes are persistent while ever an edit control has focus as per original spec). Timer based tooltip hiding only really applies to LCC and a few other bits and pieces. Please consider whether you're happy with the status quo.
for those Typical Annual Maintenance Cost estimates that depend on mean annual volume of trapped gross pollutants - the volume is now derived from the mean annual mass by application of two adjustment factors - firstly using the Allison et al (1998) density of 260kg per cubic metre we go from mass to a total volume; and secondly the volume is "bulked up" by dividing initial volume estimate by 0.713 - based on Andre's advice that the volume of gross pollutants to total trapped volume of material removed from 12 CDS units in NSW over 1999-2000 was 71.3%

1. LCC for Generic Treatment Nodes - utilizing the same edit dialog as all other nodes BUT with all the esimator stuff disabled so you only ever get the option of "User defined" for each cost element.

2. MUSIC version 3 will now run at the same time as MUSIC version 2 - for all the reasons we discussed last on 23 March 2005. BUT beware you can't copy and paste nodes and links between an instance of version 2 and an instance of version 3 - because I use my own "clipboard".

3. sticking with a disabled combobox for Life Cycle estimation for consistency.

DOES NOT include - all the Tooltips described in Andre's notes - THEY'RE NEXT!;

1. GUI stuff for LCC as discussed on 23 March 2005 such as Renewal Period is back - lots of changes of text on all the LCC windows - buttons for copying data that from the graphs in the LCC windows.

2. I've turned on unconstrained zooming on the temporal distribution graphs (code to constrain zooming to ensure we're always in positive territory is still to come) - just left click and drag from top left to bottom right to zoom in - left click and drag from bottom right to top left to restore. You can also scroll with click and drag of the right mouse button.

3. a couple of missing estimators for TAC and TAM
